This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.
A 50% deposit when the contract is signed, and the remaining 50% on handover (unless the contract says otherwise).
Paid at the start of each service month. The contract states the minimum term (if any).
Bank transfer to the company’s account (tax ID 0315165206), with a VAT invoice issued on request. The client pays ad budgets and third-party platform fees directly.
Refunds apply under the KPI guarantee terms in the contract (kp3.agency/en/commitment).
