This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.
The services, deliverables, timeline, KPIs and prices are set out in the contract and appendices signed between KP3 and the client. This website is for information only; the contract is the binding document.
Ad accounts, websites, domain names, customer data and deliverables belong to the client once the client has paid in full under the contract.
KP3 delivers the agreed scope and timeline and reports regularly. The client provides information, access and feedback on time so the project can run.
KP3 does not take on projects that trade in prohibited goods, involve multi-level marketing, or violate Vietnamese law or the policies of the advertising platforms.
